Youth Summer Camp | Comics & Cartoons

REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 1, 2025.
Presented by United Way of Colquitt County.

Comics & Cartoons | July 28 - August 1 - Campers will learn how to create various cartoon characters using multiple mediums. Students will explore the world of comics, cartoons, and storytelling.

Instructor: Kathy Nelson
Dates: Monday - Friday
Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Ages: Rising 3rd - Rising 6th Graders
Fee: $100 per camper

Camps include morning and afternoon instruction in art, music, theater, and pottery. Campers will go to the MCCPRA pool to swim Wednesday afternoon. Please bring lunch and a water bottle. Snack will be provided, but campers may bring an additional snack, if desired.

Daily Schedule:

Early Arrival (must be approved) - 7:45 am
Standard Arrival - 8:00 am
Class Instruction Begins - 9:00 am
Lunch - 12:00 pm
Snack - 3:00 pm
Pickup - 4:00 - 5:00 pm
